Invitation from APEDA to attend World Food India (WFI) 2024

With the objective of introducing India’s rich food culture & transforming India as the world’s food basket, Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA), Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India, is organizing its participation in 3rd Edition of World Food India (WFI 2024) to be held from 19^th – 22^nd September, 2024 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, India.

In this connection, Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority of India (APEDA) invites Chinese buyers dealing with APEDA’s scheduled products to participate in WFI 2024. The details of APEDA’s scheduled products are Annexure 1. Interested buyers may please register viahttps://worldfoodindia.gov.in/buyerRegistration. APEDA will offer following entitlements to the registered buyers of APEDA's scheduled products:

1. Hotel Stay : Three nights' Hotel accommodation in New Delhi from 18-21 September 2024.
2. Airport transfers and daily transportationfor visit to the World Food India 2024.
3. Partial airfare reimbursementof 75% of buyer's air travel ticket or USD 600, whichever is lower.
4. Visa : APEDAcan issue a visa invitation letter.
5. Exhibition visit : The buyer will need to check in at the designated hotel and attend World Food Indiaexhibition for at least 3 days (19-21 Sep 2024). Daily transfers will be provided from the hotel to the exhibition venue.
