Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI) is organizing the “World Food India 2024 (WFI 2024)” from 19th to 22nd September, 2024 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi with an objective to bringing manufacturers, producers, food processors, buyers, investors, policy makers and organizations from the global food ecosystem at one platform. The event comprises Exhibitions, Conferences and Thematic knowledge sessions, Buyer-Seller Meets for the B2B sessions apart from B2G & G2G meetings, CEO Roundtables etc.

Tea Board India participated in the 2nd edition of World Food India by setting up an India Tea pavilion with the participation of Indian Tea exporters, showcasing their wide range of Indian teas and offering the importers an apt ambiance and opportunity to sample and taste the high quality Indian teas and explore further business opportunities.

Like last year, this year too, Tea Board India is going to set up an impressive India Tea Pavilion at the “World Food India 2024” and a “Reverse Buyer-Seller Meet (RBSM)” will be organized during “World Food India 2024” where Foreign Buyers from across the globe will be invited to have scheduled B-2-B and B-2-G meetings with the Exhibitors and enhance multilateral trade in the food and beverage sector. The RBSM will witness a seamless collaboration as all these Commodity Boards converge for a combined effort to make the event a grand success. The meet will offer an array of advantages, including enhanced market access, interactions with potential partners, exposure to new products and innovations, insightful discussions on industry trends, and the creation of valuable B2B connections.

It is worth mentioning here that Tea Board India will bear the expenses for the to-and-fro economy airfares, accommodation and local conveyances for new buyers (relevant to the Tea industry) attending the event at admissible rates.
