The Embassy of India, Beijing, has taken the following steps to hear out and address the grievances of Indian nationals:

(a) Ambassador/CG or Deputy Chief of Mission in his absence would have an open day at

i) Embassy of India, Beijing:

On the first Wednesday of every month between 10:00 am to 12:00 am to personally meet the Indian nationals

ii) CGI Shanghai:

On the last Friday of every month between 14:00 am to 16:00 am to personally meet the Indian nationals.

iii) CGI Guangzhou:

On the first Thursday of every month between 14:00 am to 16:00 am to personally meet the Indian nationals.
