Police Clearance Certificate for Foreign nationals

Police Clearance Certificate for Foreigners (For the period of their stay in India)

Documents required

(1). Current Passport along with the passport held during stay in India.

(2). Photocopies of first/information page of passport and valid Resident Permit/Visa page.

(3). Fill PCC form at the link https://www.eoibeijing.gov.in/public_files/assets/pdf/Application-for-Police-Clearance-Certificate-for-Foreigners.pdf and bring hard copy of it.

(4). Photographs-2 (White background of 5x5 cm size)

(5). Employer letter (latest in English) mentioning details, with passport No and present residential address. For address proof - registration slip issued by local PSB for other cases

(7) I. Embassy of India, Beijing: 

   Collection of fee/documents, Time – 09.00 to 11.00 hrs & Delivery of consular services - 4 to 5 PM on any working days

    II. CGI Shanghai/CGI Guangzhou:

   Collection of fee/documents, Time – 09.30 to 12.00 hrs & Delivery of consular services - 4 to 5 PM on any working days

(8). All original documents (including passport) are to be submitted for verification and returned.
