Documents required

(1). Current Passport

(2). Photocopies of first page, last page of passport, and valid Resident Permit/Visa page

(3). Fill PCC form at the link:- https://embassy.passportindia.gov.in and bring hard copy of it

(4). Photographs-2 (White background of 5x5x5 cm size)

(5) Employer letter (latest in English) mentioning offer details, with passport No and present residential address. For address proof - registration slip issued by local PSB for other cases.

(6).Letter from the college/university (latest in English), mentioning passport No, present residential address and duration of course - for student only.

(8) I. Embassy of India, Beijing:

    Collection of fee/documents, Time – 09.00 to 11.00 hrs & Delivery of consular services - 4 to 5 PM on any working days

    II. CGI Shanghai/CGI Guangzhou:

  Collection of fee/documents, Time – 09.30 to 12.00 hrs & Delivery of consular services - 4 to 5 PM on any working days

(9). All original documents (including passport) are to be submitted for verification and returned.

Note: PCC will be issued only after receipt of fresh Police Verification on the PCC application from the relevant Police authorities in India. The Embassy would communicate to the applicant once the clearance is received and PCC is ready to be issued. Applicants are advised to apply for PCC well ahead of time as issue of PCC would only be done after due Police verification in accordance with revised instructions in this regard.
