After going to above link, please carry out the following steps:

  1. Click/select option “Declaration of Renunciation of Citizenship under Section 8 of the Act Made by a Citizen of India” .
  2. Fill ONLINE application and Upload relevant documents.
  3. Submit the application online and take copy of the application after its online submission (a ref No will be allotted ONLINE)
  4. Visit the Embassy with all the original documents and above downloaded ONLINE Form (as per steps 1-3)
