In the post-COVID world, Digital adoption has become a norm across sectors and has transformed the way citizen’s access in education, healthcare, e-Commerce and other public and private services. Governments across the world have also led adoption of digital transformation projects which has enabled better delivery of services to all citizens.

2. As you might be aware India's story of digital transformation has been a story of Digital Innovation, Implementation and Inclusion. India has pioneered innovative digital projects, implemented transformational projects at population scale, and the benefits of various services and initiatives have reached to all citizens living in urban as well as rural areas.

3. To celebrate our digital transformation journey, a Digital India Week (DIW) is being organised fromJuly 1 - 7, 2022, which will be inaugurated by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India. As part of the weeklong event, a four day training/orientation programme - “Digital India Knowledge Exchange: Showcasing India Stack and India’s Digital Products & services” is being organised in virtual mode from July 4 – 7, 2022. This platform will bring together practitioners and Digital Transformation leaders who will share their experience of implementing transformational projects at population scale.
