Public Notice
This is to inform that from 18 March 2013, Embassy of India, Beijing will accept visa applications in respect of ordinary passport holders through the new India Visa Application Centre (IVAC) in Beijing. A service fee of RMB 22 (inclusive of VAT and all taxes per application) will be charged at the IVAC in addition to applicable visa fees.

Submission of visa applications: 0830 hrs – 1500 hrs
Collection of passports: 0830 hrs – 1730 hrs

Notes:
(i) Holders of diplomatic, official and public affairs passports may continue to submit their visa applications directly at Embassy of India, Beijing.
(ii) The existing India Visa Application Centre in Beijing [Address: India Visa Application Center, Beijing Inn, A901-919, A Zone, 9th Floor, Building A, Second group, No 5 Dong shuijing Alley, Dongcheng District, Beijing-100010; Helpline: 010-58646309 / 58646310, E-mail: infopek@vfs-india.com.cn, Website: www.vfs-india.com.cn ] will close operations on 15 March 2013 and, therefore, passports in respect of applications submitted at the existing Centre from 12 to 15 March 2013 may be directly collected from Embassy of India, Beijing on all working days from 1530 hrs – 1700 hrs.
