It has been decided at the highest level in the Government that the Pravasi Bharatiya Divas (PBD), the flagship convention of the Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs (MOIA) will be held at Mahatma Mandir, Gandhinagar, Gujarat in January 2015.

Since 2015 marks the hundredth anniversary of the return of the greatest ‘Pravasi’ of all, Mahatma Gandhi from South Africa, it is desired that PBD-2015 would be celebrated in a grand way.

A detailed programme is being prepared and will be put up on website as soon as it is finalized.
