INVITATION OF QUOTATION FOR RENOVATION OF OLD CHANCERY
1. The Embassy of India, No.5, Liangmaqiao, Bie Jie, Chaoyang District, Beijing 100600 invites quotations from reputed companies/agencies who have experience in the construction field for a minimum of five years to renovate one of its building sat No. 1, Ritan Lu, Beijing.
2. The Scope of work is given below:-

Repair the electrical system including changing of electrical wires/fittings wherever necessary. |

Replacing the lights (modern & fancy lights) |

Installation of air conditioners - 15 Nos. (approx.) |

Installation of two big mirrors in the Dance Hall |
| 09 |
Polishing of marble/tile floors |
| 10. |
Replace the wooden floor with synthetic wooden tiles in some rooms |
| 11. |
Fixing of bookshelves in four rooms and one hall to the walls |
| 12. |
Fixing of work stations in one room |
| 13 |
Repair of windows wherever necessary |

3. Interested companies who have at least five years’ experience in the construction field may send their proposals in sealed covers, which should include the company profile and financial quotations for each item of work before 24th March, 2015 to :
