The Embassy of India cordially invites you to the Flag hoisting ceremony to mark the 69th Independence Day on 15 August, 2015 (Saturday) at the Embassy premises at 5, Liangma Qiao Bei Jie, Chaoyang District,Beijing.

(You are requested to be at theEmbassy by 0850 hrs as the Gate of the Embassy will be closed at 0855 hrs. Please confirm you participation by email to ssec@indianembassy.org.cn latest by August 12, 2015 along with your name, mobile number and thenumber of persons attending from your family, both adults and children. You are also requested to carry a photo identity card/passport on the day of the function. )

0900 hours	Hoisting of the National Flag by Ambassador Singing of National Anthem Guests to move into the Embassy Auditorium
0915 hours	Reading of the President’s Message to the Nation by Ambassador/Remarks by Ambassador
0935-0945 hours	Patriotic Songs/Dances by the Culture Wing
0945 hours onwards	Refreshments
