Notice for Quotation

Ministry of Tourism, Government of India is participating at the China International Travel Mart (CITM) from 13-15 November 2015 at Kunming,Yunnan Province. Embassy of India Beijing on behalf of the Ministry of Tourism,Government of India is inviting quotations from interested companies [with aminimum turnover of RMB 1000,000 and based in China with previous experience insimilar works] for designing, construction and setting up of the IndiaPavilion.

Scope of work:

» Design, construction and setting up of India Pavilion (297 sq. mtrs)
» Electricity and management

Bidding Process

Interested parties may send their proposals along with the company profile and the financial bid in two separate sealed envelopes which are clearly labelled. Both the sealed envelopes shall be placed within a large sealed enveloped superscripted as “Tender quotation forIndia Pavilion CITM”. The envelopes should have full name and postal address, email and telephone no. of the bidder.

The sealed quotations should be submitted by hand or courier and addressed to Second Secretary (Economic), Embassy of India, No.5, LiangmaQiaoBeiJie, Beijing110600 before the deadline of 18thOctober 2015, 1800hrs.

Tenders received by fax/email or after the closing date and time will not be accepted.

The successful bidding party will be intimated by the Embassy.
