Notice for Pre-bid Conference

This has reference to the Request for Proposal (RFP) published by this Embassy on 31st August 2016 for outsourcing of visa services of Embassy of India, Beijing and Consulate General of India in Guangzhou and Shanghai.

2. This is to intimate that a pre-bid conference would be organized by this Embassy on 19th September 2016 (Monday) at 3.00 pm at the Embassy of India, No. 5, Liangmaqiao Bei Jie, Chaoyang District, Beijing 100600.
