The 6th edition of International Exhibition Cum Conference on Steel Industry – ‘
India Steel 2025’ is being
organised by Ministry of Steel along with the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) from
24th - 26th April 2025 at
Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon, Mumbai, India. The event comprises of an International Exhibition, Conference, and a series of concurrent events such as CEOs Forum, Reverse Buyer-Seller Meet (RBSM) etc. The event brings together Central and State Governments, Foreign Embassy Diplomats, Industry Experts, Stalwarts, Associations, Manufacturers, Technology Providers, Steel Consumers and International Speakers to exchange opinions, exhibit achievements and establish business linkages. The 5th edition held in 2023 was attended by more than 140 Exhibitors and 10062 Business visitors from around the world. Reverse Buyer Seller Meet was organized during the event wherein 8300 B2B and B2G meetings were organized for the Exhibitors with 191 International buyers from 63 countries.
The 6th edition of the event is expected to attract more than 15,000 business visitors, 250 exhibitors (National & International) and 1,000 conference delegates including steel producers, infrastructure developers, shipbuilders, EPC Contractors, Government procurement departments, State Governments, domestic & international buyers and construction & engineering companies from India as well as across the globe. The India Steel 2025 exhibition will also provide tremendous business opportunity and exposure to the steel manufacturers and exporters from USA, Canada, Europe, Israel, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore to showcase their country’s strengths and technologies in Iron & Steel Industry. The event will provide them a platform for having B2B and B2G meetings with not only Indian steel industry but also potential buyers and stakeholders from all across the globe for expansion of their market and for technology transfer/ tie-ups. The event will also feature a Reverse Buyer Seller Meet (RBSM), in which about 300 steel buyers and importers from over 80 potential countries shall be invited and hosted to participate in B2B and B2G meetings.
Selection Process: The Screening Committee constituted under Hosted Foreign Buyer Program will review registered buyers’ profile and decide on the quantum of facilities and hospitalities to be granted to the buyers strictly on merit, appropriateness of profile and on First Come First Served Basis. 10-12 buyers per country from the potential regions will be selected and provided any / all the following complementary: economy class two-way air fare reimbursement (up to USD 600, depending on proximity to Mumbai, and informed to selected buyers separately), three-night hotel accommodation with breakfast, airport pick-up and drop, daily transfer between exhibition venue and hotel, and meals during networking lunch / dinner. The Buyers not selected by the screening committee may visit India Steel Expo 2025 on their own expenses. For such buyers, organizers will facilitate Visa Invitation Letter, pre-fixed B2B meetings and attendance to conference at discounted fee.
